1. Passes and plans
Eumteo provides ear-training problem generation for students preparing for arts-high-school and college admissions and teacher exams. Access depends on the plan and the paid period.

- Daily generation resets at 00:00 (KST). Unused counts do not roll over.
- This pass is prepaid for a fixed month. It is not an automatic subscription.
2. Withdrawal and full refund
Under Article 17 of the e-commerce law, a full refund is available when every condition below is met.
- - Within 7 days from the day the pass is provided
- - No generation, download, or other use of the ear-training service
Even within 7 days, generating or using an ear-training problem even once makes a full withdrawal unavailable because the content is digital. Section 3 then applies.
3. Mid-term cancellation
If more than 7 days have passed, or an ear-training problem has been generated, a partial refund is calculated for the remaining period.
Refund formula
Refund = amount paid − daily-use amount − penalty (10% of the amount paid)- Daily-use amount: The list price of the one-month pass is prorated by days used. Discounted passes use the pre-discount list price.
- Penalty: 10% of the amount paid is deducted under the consumer dispute standards.
- - A mid-term refund may be unavailable if 3 days or fewer remain, or if the calculated refund is 0 or less.
4. Buying and extending
Monophonic and two-voice passes can be bought and held separately. The mono + two-voice package is a discounted bundle and cannot be bought while a mono or two-voice pass is active. Upgrades, price-difference payments, and carrying leftover time into another plan are not offered.
- - Paying again for the same pass adds one month to the current expiry. It does not restart from the payment date.
- - You may buy two voices while using mono, or mono while using two voices. Each pass lasts until its own expiry.
- - You cannot buy the bundle while a mono or two-voice pass is active. Buy the bundle after the individual period ends, or buy only the missing type.
- - While the bundle is active, separate mono and two-voice products are already included. Paying for the same bundle again extends the bundle expiry by one month.
5. How to request
- Buy or extend: Pay for the pass you want on the payment page. The rules above apply immediately.
- Mid-term refund: Send a refund request through 1:1 inquiry on My page or customer support.
- Review of usage and remaining days takes about 1–2 business days. Card cancellation usually takes 3–7 business days.
