1. Purpose and items collected
Eumteo (the “Company”) collects the minimum personal information needed for sign-up, providing the Service, pass payments, and customer support.

2. Retention
The Company deletes personal information without delay once the purpose of collection is achieved. Where the law requires retention, the periods below apply.
Statutory retention

- - Records of complaints and disputes: 3 years (e-commerce law)
- - Website visit logs: 3 months (communications privacy law)
3. Account deletion and destruction
When a member asks to delete the account, or the purpose of collection is achieved, the Company destroys the information without delay.
- On deletion: Account details such as ID, email, nickname, and profile, and personalized data, are deleted immediately and cannot be restored.
- Legal exception: Payment and pass records that must be kept under e-commerce law are stored in a separate database for the periods in section 2, then destroyed.
- Posts: Posts and comments on community boards are not deleted automatically. Delete them yourself before you close the account if you want them removed.
4. Sharing and processors
The Company does not provide personal information to outside parties. It entrusts the following processors so the Service can run.

5. Your rights, including account deletion
- 1. You may delete your account at any time from My page > account deletion, or ask support to close the account and withdraw consent.
- 2. You may view or correct your personal information at any time.
- 3. If you ask for a correction, the Company will not use or provide that information to a third party until the correction is finished.
