Password reset

· If you forget your password, reset it from the password reset page.
· After we confirm the email on your account, you can set a new password.

Profile changes

· You can change your nickname and password on My page.
· The email address you registered cannot be changed.

Account deletion

· You can delete your account from My page > profile.
· Delete posts and comments yourself before you leave if you want them removed.
· After deletion, member information is handled and destroyed under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
· Records that must be kept for payments, refunds, or disputes may be stored separately for the required period.
· Posts and comments may remain after deletion, separated from your account, so the service can operate and respond to disputes.
