Questions about the online tuner and instrument tuning.
An online tuner listens to your instrument and shows whether the pitch is sharp or flat. You can tune on a computer or phone without a separate tuner.
Choose the instrument, then play one string at a time. When the tuner hears the note, adjust the string until it matches the target pitch.
Each instrument uses different strings. Guitar is E-A-D-G-B-E, violin is G-D-A-E, cello is C-G-D-A, and bass is E-A-D-G. Ukulele and viola follow their own standard tunings.
